SACRAMENTO, March 17 (UPI) -- Kobe Bryant scored 30 points and Pau Gasol had 28 Tuesday to lead the Los Angeles Lakers to a 106-99 win at Sacramento.

Police in Redondo Beach, Calif., say two men they stopped for following Los Angeles Lakers forward Pau Gasol (pow gah-SOHL') turned out to be Spanish paparazzi. Sgt. Phil Keenan says Gasol told officers he saw the men following him before he got into his car Wednesday afternoon. Keenan says the men tailed Gasol's car and the athlete was worried that they might be stalkers.

2/8: The Lakers sent Vladimir Radmanovic to the Charlotte Bobcats in a trade for a pair of young players-- forward Adam Morrison and guard Shannon Brown.

2/2: Andrew Bynum will be out for 8 to 12 weeks with a torn medial collateral ligament in his right knee.
