- A big College star, Adam Morrison was the 3rd pick in the 2006 draft and averaged 11.8 points as a rookie but missed the entire 2007-08 season after suffering a torn ligament in his left knee. He played 44 games for Charlotte in the 2008-09 NBA season, averaging 4.5 points and 1.6 rebounds in 15.2 minutes a game before being traded to the Lakers together with Adam Morrison in exchange for Vladimir Radmanovic.
