- WIth then FR Yugoslavia National team, Radmanovic won the Gold Medal in the 2002 FIBA Basketball World Championships. He was kicked off by coach Svetislav Pesic for not paying attention in the half-time break of the semifinal game. Pesic didn't allowed him to play the second half, neither the final game against Argentina.
- Before the 2006-07, Radmanovic was signed by the Lakers basically because they were needing an outside shooter, but in a season plagued with injuries, he returned after the All-Star weekend with a dislocated shoulder. First he said it was just because an innocent fall but a couple of days later he admitted he had lied an the injury occurred while he was snowboarding. Such activities are forbidden by contract and the Lakers who could have ended his contract decided to fine him (500.000 dollars) and keep him on the roster .
- Radmanovic started to be productive in 2007-08, especially when the team needed it more with the injuries of Bynum, Gasol and Ariza, but in his first season as a Laker, his tendency to shoot outside of the triangle offense made coach Phil Jackson call him a "space cadet". |
