Wilt Chamberlain is at the top of the list with his 1968-69 season. Being Chamberlain the all-time NBA rebounder it's no surprise that his 5 seasons with the Lakers are on the top 7 of this list. Other rebounders with many apperances are Elgin Baylor, Shaquille O'Neal and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

Pau Gasol and Andrew Bynum are the only players from the 2011-12 roster on the Lakers historic top 50 in rebounds per game.
